Before you begin, here’s how to get the most out of your Money Mindset Mastery Training.
I am about to guide you through six powerful exercises to complete in your workbook.
After each one, you’ll capture your key insights and decisions in your Money Mindset Mantra Template — a personalised tool you’ll build as you go and use daily to reinforce your new mindset.
I recommend setting aside one focused hour per week — ideally at the same time each week — to complete each step. This rhythm allows you to move through the programme over six weeks, giving each concept time to settle and expand your awareness.
Each session includes a short 5–10 minute video introducing the exercise and guiding you through how to complete it.
Whilst you can complete all six exercises in one sitting (as we do in the Money Mindset Mastery Intensive VIP Day), I recommend taking a week between each. Every exercise plants a seed — and giving yourself time between them allows new ideas, insights, and breakthroughs to emerge naturally.
Use the space between sessions to reflect and journal — this is where much of the deeper transformation happens.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have created your own Money Mindset Mantra — a powerful daily reminder that:
