I spent almost 20 years developing people and helping leaders thrive in their work.

Then four years ago, I left.

I took whatever work came through the door.

Sold coaching sessions for £79 per hour...

I could have spent the next few years trying to find more clients to fill more hours.

But with four kids more hours was NEVER going to be my growth strategy 😭

I thought there's gotta be a better way!

And there was...

🚀 My £79 coaching sessions became £2k, then £5k+ packages

🚀 Clients started staying for months, some for as long as two years

🚀 I built a repeatable way of helping women double triple and quadruple their revenue

🚀 Grown my 12k follower brand on linkedIn, turning into inbound leads and clients

🚀 And more diverse opportunities came rolling in too - podcasts, university research, paid speaking, joint ventures and collaborations.
